Oufy

Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 September 2026 · Effective: 18 September 2026

These Terms are an agreement between you and Muhammad Shafain Kazi, an individual developer based in Hyderabad, Pakistan, trading as "Oufy" ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your use of the Oufy mobile application. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Oufy.

1. Who can use Oufy

You must be at least 18 years old to use Oufy. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or over and that you can form a binding contract where you live. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it.

2. Your account

You sign in with Apple or with Google; Oufy does not issue passwords of its own. You are responsible for keeping access to that sign-in method secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@oufy.site if you believe your account has been compromised. Provide accurate information when you register.

3. Membership, trial and billing

3.1 What is on offer

Oufy membership is a single product sold at two billing periods. Both unlock exactly the same app — no feature is reserved for one or the other. Only the length of the billing period and the price differ:

Prices shown here are for the United States storefront. Apple sets price tiers per country, so the amount you actually pay is the one displayed in the App Store for your region, in your currency. The prices and offers shown in the app at the moment of purchase prevail over this page.

3.2 Fair-use limits

Membership unlocks outfit recommendations and virtual try-on. It is not sold as unlimited use: every generated image and every recommendation costs real processing, so reasonable ceilings apply to stop one account consuming the capacity everyone else is paying for. As at the date of this page:

A generation that fails does not count against your allowance — we return it automatically. Unused capacity does not carry over to the next month, and we do not sell additional generations. If you reach a limit, that feature pauses until it resets while the rest of the app keeps working, and reaching it is not a reason for a refund (see section 3.7). Working around a limit — for example with multiple accounts or automated clients — breaches section 5.

If you reach a limit the app tells you so plainly and names the figure that applies, rather than simply failing. Any figure shown in the app is the current one and prevails over this page. We may adjust these limits to keep the service sustainable; where we reduce one materially, we will give reasonable notice in the app and section 8 applies.

3.3 How savings are calculated

Where the app shows a percentage saving on a longer billing period, it is calculated by converting each plan to a price per week and comparing it with the weekly plan — a real, purchasable price, not a former or recommended one. A month is treated as 52÷12 weeks. Percentages are rounded down, so the saving shown is never larger than the arithmetic supports, and they are recalculated from the live App Store prices in your region rather than taken from the figures above.

3.4 Free trial

New subscribers may be offered a 3-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically into a paid subscription and your Apple ID is charged at the price for the plan you selected. If you cancel during the trial, you keep access until the trial period ends. A free trial is available once per Apple subscription group, so it may not be offered if you have subscribed before.

3.5 Billing and renewal

All purchases are processed by Apple through your App Store account. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — weekly or monthly, whichever you chose — unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged within 24 hours before each renewal. You can switch between billing periods at any time in your App Store subscription settings, and Apple applies the change and any proration. Prices may change; Apple will notify you and seek your consent where required.

3.6 Cancelling

Manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or through the App Store. We cannot cancel an Apple subscription on your behalf. Deleting your Oufy account does not cancel your subscription — cancel it separately, or it will keep billing.

3.7 Refunds

We do not give refunds. Oufy never receives your payment: every in-app purchase is a transaction between you and Apple, Apple takes and holds the money, and no mechanism exists that would let us return it. We offer no money-back guarantee, no partial refunds and no credit for unused time, including where you forgot to cancel before a renewal or before a free trial converted.

All refund decisions rest with Apple, under Apple's own policy. We cannot grant, overrule, expedite or promise one. To ask Apple for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase, or open Profile → Request a refund in the app, which opens the same page. Apple will tell you the outcome directly.

Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a period already paid for, and you keep access until the end of that period. To avoid being charged again, cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

To the extent permitted by law, all payments are non-refundable. Nothing above limits rights the law gives you that cannot be contracted away — including any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation where you live, such as the 14-day right for consumers in the EU and UK. Those rights are exercised through Apple as the seller of record.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of every photo and everything else you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and modify Your Content solely to operate the app for you — for example, removing backgrounds from garment photos, analysing garments so they can be matched into outfits, and generating try-on images. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account. We keep no archive or backup of a deleted account, so nothing survives that deletion for us to hold a licence over.

We do not use Your Content to train general-purpose AI models, and we do not use it for advertising.

4.1 Photos of people

Upload only your own likeness. The photo you use for virtual try-on must be of you. Do not upload photos of any other identifiable person without their explicit consent, and never upload photos of minors.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

6. AI-generated content

Virtual try-on images and outfit recommendations are produced by automated systems. Try-on results are AI-generated images, not photographs, and they are illustrative rather than accurate: fit, drape, colour, proportion and the way a fabric behaves in a generated image may differ materially from reality. Do not rely on them as a substitute for trying clothes on, and treat any purchase decision you make from them as your own. Generated images may occasionally be distorted or unexpected, and safety filters may decline to produce a result at all. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, quality or suitability of any generated output.

If you share generated images, you are responsible for how you present them — including making clear that they are AI-generated where that matters.

7. Our intellectual property

The app, its name, logo, design and underlying software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the app at any time. We aim to give reasonable notice of material changes that reduce functionality you have paid for; where we cannot, and the change materially reduces what your membership provides, you may cancel your membership and, if you wish, ask Apple for a refund under Apple's policy.

Some features depend on third-party services and on network connectivity. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Termination

You may stop using Oufy and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account (tap your avatar on the Home screen to open Profile), or from the Delete account action on the membership screen if you do not have an active membership. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your licence to use the app ends and your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Remember that deleting your account does not cancel your Apple subscription.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Oufy provides styling suggestions, not professional advice of any kind.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the app, or your breach of these Terms — including claims by a person whose image you uploaded without their consent.

13. Apple

This section contains the terms Apple requires in any licence agreement for an app distributed through the App Store. Where it conflicts with anything else in these Terms, this section governs as between you, us and Apple.

13.1 These Terms are with us, not Apple

These Terms are concluded between you and us only, and not with Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for the app and its content.

13.2 Scope of your licence

The licence granted in section 7 is a non-transferable licence to use the app on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the app may be accessed by other accounts associated with you through Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

13.3 Maintenance and support

We are solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for the app, at support@oufy.site. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services for it.

13.4 Warranty

We are solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent they are not effectively disclaimed. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app to you. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app, and any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our sole responsibility.

13.5 Product claims

We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your possession and use of it, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to an applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.

13.6 Intellectual property claims

If a third party claims that the app or your possession and use of it infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of that claim.

13.7 Legal compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13.8 Third-party terms

You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using the app — for example, your wireless data service agreement.

13.9 Apple as third-party beneficiary

Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance of them Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary of them.

Your use of the App Store is also governed by Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement.

14. Assignment

You may not transfer or assign these Terms or your account to anyone else. We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to a company we form to operate Oufy, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Your rights under these Terms are unaffected by such an assignment, and we will update the operator named at the top of this page. If you do not wish to continue under a new operator, you may stop using Oufy and delete your account.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If the changes are material, we will update the date above and notify you in the app where appropriate. Continuing to use Oufy after a change means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of Pakistan will have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of your own country's law and the right to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
